Layers of properly Italian bolognese (rich, rounded and fragrant with spices) with pasta sheets blanched to just the right softness, baked in a thick cream sauce and finished with parmesan and mozzarella. Net weight: 400g Packaging: food-grade aluminium tray, safe from -25°C to 280°C, so it goes straight into an oven or microwave. Food-grade 160-micron PA plastic lid, safe to -25°C. Shelf life: 1 year frozen Storage: -18°C, keep frozen How to reheat: 1. Microwave the whole tray on medium (800–1200W) for 2–4 minutes, or 2. Air-fry the whole tray at 200°C for 10 minutes. Because the filling contains meat, this is shipped on our own temperature-controlled fleet to keep it safe in transit.
