Mini butter croissants, 5g per piece, 10 pieces per bag. Keeps 20 days in the freezer, or 15 days in the fridge. No oven needed: 1. Let them rest at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes, a little longer on a cool day. They are ready to eat as they are. 2. For warm croissants, microwave them for 1 minute at 500W. Fully homemade since 2008.
